The company behind the brands.

VZU is the public-facing brand domain of AdaptUs Group Inc., a Vancouver-based enterprise AI holding company. The founder is Dhiraj Chatpar, an ISC²/CISSP-aligned operator and BC PNP entrepreneur stream recipient who started NetWit in Vancouver and went on to operate the VZU group from Canada, the UAE, and India — Plex Dubai runs VZU's MENA region, and Wahix India runs VZU's South Asia region.

The structure is the same shape as Google ↔ Alphabet, or Meta ↔ Facebook. VZU is the brand customers engage with. AdaptUs Group Inc. is the holding entity behind it — owning the portfolio companies and running the corporate, finance, and compliance functions for the group. If you sign a contract with VZU, the contract is with AdaptUs Group Inc.

Inside the group, one brand carries the lead: NetWit. Everything else in the VZU family — every other portfolio brand, every regional office — exists to ship NetWit to operators who need agentic AI in production.

Every brand below ships on the NetWit agent runtime. They're listed here as a portfolio, not as a directory — NetWit is the lead brand, and Plex Dubai plus the other Tier 2 brands are the regional and product surface area around it. None of the brands is the parent — VZU is. Below the brands is a separate list of the VZU capabilities — service engagements, not product lines. Brands ship software. Capabilities ship the work.

Lead brand

• NetWit · Flagship — Agentic AI automation. Production agent platforms with multi-agent orchestration, MCP-native integrations, agent-level RBAC, and cloud / hybrid / on-prem deployment. The brand VZU exists to ship.

Canada — Tier 2 brands

• InboxGrove — SMTP infrastructure for the operator who needs reliable delivery. Self-hosted or managed, IP warm-up, deliverability monitoring, dedicated IPs.
• PostMTA — Enterprise email delivery, self-hosted. REST API for transactional and bulk, dedicated IPs, IP warm-up automation, granular bounce handling.
• Voice Agently — AI voice agents, 24/7, in your brand's voice. Inbound + outbound, multilingual, built on the NetWit runtime.
• TrackSphere — Real-time delivery tracking and proof of delivery. GPS + photo + timestamp, white-labeled for the operator.
• BookFlow — The booking platform for every service business. Multi-staff scheduling, SMS + email + WhatsApp confirmations, no-show reduction.
• CareConnect — AI-powered caregiver onboarding and retention. Background checks, training, scheduling, retention scoring, family communication.
• Ansatel Communications — Telecom and security infrastructure.

UAE — MENA operating entity

• Plex Dubai — VZU's MENA operating entity. 360° digital and outdoor marketing in the UAE. Canadian-owned, Dubai-based. Google Ads + Meta + TikTok + Snap, SEO, WhatsApp + SMS, outdoor. Plex Dubai is not a peer of NetWit — it's a regional subsidiary that operates VZU in the UAE and wider GCC.

India — South Asia operating entity

• Wahix India — VZU's South Asia operating entity. Mumbai-built software, mobile, ERP, and marketing. Custom software, mobile apps, enterprise ERP/CRM, government + healthcare IT. GST-registered. Wahix is not a peer of NetWit — it's a regional subsidiary that operates VZU in India.

Tier 3 — Aspirational, in development

These brands are part of the VZU roadmap. They're listed here for transparency — they are not yet shipping at production scale.

• Email Marketing Arabia · Aspirational — Email marketing for the UAE operator. Arabic + English, MENA-tuned deliverability.
• Eventek · Aspirational — B2B events for the AI era. Dubai-based. AI summits, tech conferences, brand activations.

If a brand you expected to see here isn't listed, it may be in active development, recently sunset, or under a different name. The canonical inventory is the AdaptUs Group cap table, not the VZU public site.

The VZU capabilities — services, not brands

The VZU family also operates twelve service capabilities — engineering, design, review, data, and automation surfaces. Capabilities are not brands. A brand is a product the operator logs into (Voice Agently, TrackSphere, BookFlow, CareConnect). A capability is a service engagement: work performed on the operator's behalf, on a real deadline, against a fixed-fee brief. Every capability ships against the same NetWit runtime that powers the brands, with the same MCP integration story and the same audit trail. Each has its own subdomain on the vzu.ca zone. Founder

Dhiraj Chatpar.

Dhiraj Chatpar is the founder of VZU — the holding company. He is not the founder of Plex Dubai, nor of Wahix India, nor of NetWit as a stand-alone company; he is the operator who started NetWit in Vancouver and went on to incorporate the broader group, with Plex Dubai and Wahix India as the regional operating entities that carry VZU into the UAE and India respectively.

Dhiraj is an ISC²/CISSP-aligned operator and a BC PNP entrepreneur stream recipient. He is multi-decade experienced, Vancouver-based, and the public face of the group. The Plex Dubai, Wahix India, and Bangalore engineering teams all report up to him through VZU and AdaptUs Group Inc.

If you want the short version: VZU is the holding company. NetWit is the lead brand. Plex Dubai, Wahix India, and the rest of the portfolio are operating companies inside the holding, not peers of it. Dhiraj founded the whole structure from Vancouver.
