01 Who you are dealing with

These terms govern your use of vzu.ca, all *.vzu.ca subdomains, the VZU OS platform, the VZU capability services, and any related products operated by Virtual Zero Unbound Inc. ("VZU"), a Canadian company headquartered in Vancouver, BC. VZU is the flagship brand domain of AdaptUs Group Inc. By using the site or any service, you agree to these terms.

02 What VZU does

VZU operates (a) a marketing site at vzu.ca and the capability subdomains; (b) VZU OS, an agent operating system; (c) a family of 12 VZU capabilities (VZU Build, VZU Web, VZU Stack, VZU Surface, VZU Canvas, VZU Design, VZU Sketch, VZU Launch, VZU Audit, VZU Prompts, VZU Sheets, VZU Scrape) sold to enterprise operators; (d) portfolio products (Voice Agently, BookFlow, PostMTA, TrackSphere, CareConnect, InboxGrove, and the AdaptUs Group corporate site). Each capability is governed by its own service agreement when you engage it.

03 Acceptable use

You may not use the site to (a) probe, scan, or test the security of VZU infrastructure without written permission; (b) attempt to access non-public systems; (c) reverse-engineer VZU OS; (d) submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights; (e) impersonate VZU or any of its officers; (f) send unsolicited bulk communications referencing VZU; (g) use VZU infrastructure to train competing AI models without a license. Violations may result in account termination, IP blocks, and civil or criminal referral.

04 Intellectual property

VZU, the VZU wordmark, the VZU mark, the NetWit mark, NetWit Agentic OS, and the names of the 12 VZU capabilities (VZU Build etc.) are trademarks of Virtual Zero Unbound Inc. The runtime, the orchestrator, the agent blueprints, the agent traces, and the audit trail schemas are copyrighted. The site content (text, images, schematics) is licensed CC BY 4.0 unless otherwise marked; you may reuse with attribution.

05 No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VZU does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Editorial content reflects the views of VZU at the time of writing; product specifications, capability descriptions, and availability change.

06 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VZU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of the site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the site; (c) any content obtained from the site; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. VZU total liability for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed CAD 100.

07 Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VZU, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms or your use of the site.

08 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC, under the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The language shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP infringement.

09 Changes to these terms

Material changes are versioned. Each version is dated and archived at /terms/changelog/. Non-material changes (typos, formatting, link updates) are made silently. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
